1.Applicable scope:

DW202B/241B series yarn dyeing machine is designed for high temperature and high pressure dyeing of yarn.

DW241B is equipped with a dyeing auxiliary supply system, which is applicable to the dyeing of cotton yarn, polyester yarn, wool yarn, etc.

2.Technical features:

The whole machine is of stainless steel structure, and the surface is sandblasted;

The inner surface of the dyeing roller is treated with acid etching to protect the roller from dye erosion;

The yarn is placed on the mandrel in the dyeing cylinder. The dye solution can flow out or flow out from the hole on the mandrel. The internal or external flow dyeing can be based on the dyeing situation

The process of free switching in the dyeing cylinder;

Equipped with dyeing computer, which can set the dyeing process and display important parameters during the dyeing process;

It has over-temperature protection function, and the cylinder head is not allowed to be opened when the temperature exceeds 85 ℃;

DW241B working cylinder is equipped with water level sensor to prevent the water level from exceeding the preset water level, such as high water level;

Special cylinder locking device is used to fix the dyed cylinder head to prevent the cylinder head from loosening due to excessive temperature and reduce potential safety hazards;

With electric heating or steam heating function, it can be selected according to the needs, and can be applied to schools, factories and other occasions
